For over 30 years the professionals that you have known as “Avery Engineering” have provided quality civil engineering and surveying services to developers, governmental agencies, and business owners in the western New York and Fingerlakes Region of the state. The tradition carries on as Avery Engineering & Surveying Associates, P.C. becomes Fitzgerald Engineering and Arrowpoint Land Surveyors.

What We Do

Our staff is experienced with all aspects of surveying, planning, civil engineering, permitting and construction management. We are capable of serving our clients from the planning phase to the ribbon cutting on a wide variety of project types. We also have professionals that know the details of SEQRA processing and are ready to assist our municipal clients with meeting public participation requirements.

Our Design Philosophy:

• Site, Architecture and Landscape need to be developed in harmony with each other.
• Our job is to "inventory" the land (surveying/site assessments) and "introduce" new elements (planning/civil engineering) into community while reducing potential environmental impacts.
